Where is my order?

 

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to the website of our courier company so that you can track the current status of your delivery.

 

Which confirmation emails will I receive?

 

Order confirmation

  • Once your order has been placed, we will send you an e-mail confirming the order. It can take up to 24 hours for this email to appear in your mailbox. The e-mail confirms which items you have purchased, the number and how much you have to pay.

 

Send confirmation

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail confirming which items are in the order, what the expected delivery date is and what the delivery type is, eg standard or express.

 

What are my delivery options?

 

Your order at Dirty Dish can be delivered to your home address, at work, or in a local post office; If you enter the country where the order has to be delivered, the delivery options are shown automatically.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

 

Once you have placed an order, we can not cancel or change it. You can return the items and get a full refund. This can be done by following the return instructions that you find on our '' Shipping & returns '' page at the bottom of the website.

 

How can I pay on your website?

 

You can pay with one of the following payment methods:

 

  • Visa and MasterCard credit cards
  • Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo- and Mastercard payment cards
  • American Express card
  • PayPal
  • iDeal (only in the Netherlands)

 

What should I do if my order has not been delivered?

 

When an order is not delivered check the track & t race code of your order, give it to be delivered anyway please contact us via [email protected] or via the contact form on the right side of this page.

 

Returns / refunds

 

How do I return an item?

 

Does your purchase not meet your expectations? After receiving your order you have 14 days to return your order. For this it is necessary to fill in the online return form.

I have returned an item/ items but have not received a full refund.

 

To receive your refund, please take into account 12 days after receipt at our distribution center. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us.

 

 

 

Missing article

 

If an item is missing in the package, please contact us. We will be happy to sort this out for you.

Why can’t I log in into my account?

 

If you can not log in to your account, try changing your password.

 

If you use a mobile phone / tablet and the ‘’I forgot my password’’ link doesn’t work, try it on a laptop / desktop computer.

 

If you use a laptop / desktop computer and it still doesn’t work, try another web browser; for example Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. Also try to clear the cookies and search history of your browser.

 

If none of the above options works, please contact us. We will then try to change the password for you.

 

 

Do I need an account to place an order?

 

No you can also check out as a guest.

Online shopping should always be as safe as shopping in a store; we think value your privacy is utterly important. We only share information with others if you have given us permission to do so. We reserve the right to disclose information in certain circumstances.
